Black of Heart is a horror noir comic series created by Assaliant Comics, written by Chris Charlton. This piece was created as a pin-up for the collected graphic novel, published by Narrier Press in late 2016.

This piece was created using technical pen on Bristol.  The illustration was washed with a sepia and ultramarine tone, then detailed with watercolor and water-based markers to create a viscous, visceral bloody stained gore effect.
